Each therapy session is your time, a calm and confidential space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what’s been going on for you. We might talk about what’s happening in your life right now, as well as how past experiences or patterns could be shaping how you feel today.
Every session is different because it’s guided by what you need. Sometimes that means gently unpacking emotions or thoughts; other times it’s about learning ways to feel more grounded and supported day to day. Together, we’ll move at your pace with no rush or pressure, just space to be heard and understood.
Our work often involves exploring connections between past and present, noticing patterns in relationships, and building self-awareness and compassion. My aim is to help you feel more connected to yourself and more confident in navigating whatever life brings.
Sessions take place online via Microsoft Teams, lasting 50 minutes. This is your time to focus on you, a space to explore, reflect, and begin to create the change you want to see.
